WORK HORSES

Stable and sturdy work horses are designed for
convenient and safe placement of injection moulds or
large plates. Our fully professional manufacturing
(for each project we carry out MES strength
analysis, we have welding certi cates and we
provide instruction manual for safe use), ensure
trouble -free acceptance by health and safety
departments or during audits.

Work horses features

ţ Robust welded construction (we have welding certi cates),
ţ Load capacity up to 3T, up to 5T or up to 10T con rmed by FEM strength analysis
report,
ţ Several standard dimensions for different sizes of moulds,
ţ We offer the possibility to customize the dimensions and load capacity to meet individual
customer requirements (special design),
ţ Nameplate and load capacity markings on each work horse,
ţ Possibility of equipping with spring-loaded compression swivel casters, which allow moving the
unloaded work-horse and automatically retract under putting the load, as a guarantee of full safety.
