Hydraulic system

Short stroke manual hydraulic system based on
a doubleacting cylinder, supports opening and closing of
the moulds in order to overcome the initial resistance caused
by guide pillars/sliders. Then it can be completely
disengaged for fully manual movement of the sliding
platform.

Magnetic brackets
Set of 4 magnetic angle brackets (2 for each half of the
mould) for very quick and safe securing them against any
movement on the tabletop. Separate switches (knobs) in the
X and Z axes, dimensions: 197 x 197 x 48 mm, holding force
up to 120 kg for each individual angle.

Installation of a Tool cabinet
Option available for tables with a load capacity of 1.5T to 4T.
Suspended cabinet with 2 pull-out drawers on telescopic
sliding guides. Construction made of high-quality 1 mm
thick steel sheet. Central key lock, blocking all drawers.

Wheels
Option available for tables with load capacity from 1.5T to 3T.
Additional running system for the MT table, consisting of:
ź 4 wheel sets, 2 of which are swivel and equipped with
brakes,
ź additional reinforcements for the table frame.

Side bumpers
Set of side bumpers with position lock for easier positioning
of the mould on the table platform and for enabling the
mould to be properly repositioned on the table after being
removed from the worktop.
