BLANKETS

Advantages of using
insulation blankets:

ţ Immediate and sustained reduction in energy
consumption of approximately 20-40%,
ţ Fast return on investment,
ţ Reducing the time needed to heat the cylinder,
ţ Extended heater life - reduced frequency of switching on,
ţ Lower heat emission improves room conditions,
ţ Self-clamping clips allow quick assembly and disassembly and access to
the heaters.

Performance:

ţ Fabric hot side: glass (max 550°C),
ţ Fabric cold side: silicone-coated glass (max. 250°C),
ţ Insulation: 25mm needled glass mat (max. 500°C),
ţ Accessories: heat-resistant threads with INOX core, self-locking clamps or Velcro.
