BLOWING BOOTH

The Hot Runners Blowing Booth is a device designed
for the safe, quick, and efficient cleaning of hot
runner systems in injection moulds.

Key Features

Complete Safety for Workers:
The hot runner is enclosed in a secure and safe space during cleaning
ensuring full protection for the operator.

Ease of Handling Heavy Hot Runner Systems:
Loading is done outside the booth. Once the hot runner is secured on the plate, it can be
easily and safely moved inside the booth.
Mobility:
The booth is based on wheels, allowing it to be used wherever needed.

Odor-Free Operation:
The booth can be connected to the main ventilation system of the company, eliminating
any unpleasant odors.

Additional features:
Internal side door for cable routing, clamps for moulds and reproof gloves.

The motorless transport platform is designed to
safely transport moulds weighing up to 10T.

Key Features

ţ Platform without a drive, suitable for pushing or pulling by a forklift,
ţ Pockets for forks and eye bolts for transportation on overhead crane
included,
ţ It allows smooth transport of large tools even in areas inaccessible to
an overhead crane, including moving them between halls,
ţ Platform dimensions: 2000 x 1500 mm, height ca. 525 mm,
ţ Load capacity of up to 10 tons con rmed by FEM analysis report,
ţ Robust heavy-duty swivel casters enable the platform to be moved
and maneuvered smoothly,
ţ The loading surface is lined with non-slip and shock-absorbing
rubber.
